Northstar Chapter, NRHS dues are $45. Most of this, $33 is sent to the National organization, and $12 stays with the Northstar Chapter. Membership in the NRHS National organization is mandatory for all Northstar Chapter members. If you are a member of the NRHS and pay dues through another chapter, please indicate so on the membership application and enclose your check for  $12.
