If you wish to register for the convention, fill out the pre-registration form and enclose $45 for registration. If you have pre-registered, thank you. Ticket ordering materials have been mailed March 23rd.
· Registration fee is $45 for the member, their spouse, children, or other household members living at the same address; Registration (and Pre-Registration) Fees are NONREFUNDABLE.
· Registration fee entitles member household to one registration package.
· NRHS member registration is $45. Registration will be open to non-NRHS members after May 31st, 2004. Non-NRHS member registration pricing has not been determined at this time.
· Hotel reservation information for discounted convention rates will be sent with the registration package.
· Convention events are subject to change.
· We accept Checks, Money Orders, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL!
· A $35 fee will be assessed for all checks returned by the bank.
