THE NORTHSTAR RAILWAY HISTORICAL SOCIETY and its representatives act solely as agent for the attendees with respect to rail transportation, food services and other services offered and hold themselves free of liability for any injury, delay, loss or damage from any cause whatsoever.
Schedules and routing are subject to change without notice. THE NORTHSTAR RAILWAY HISTORICAL SOCIETY and contractors reserve the right to substitute equipment without notice.
THE NORTHSTAR RAILWAY HISTORICAL SOCIETY reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will remove from any train, bus, facility or event, attendees not adhering to, and/or not complying with any directive or safety instruction issue by THE NORTHSTAR RAILWAY HISTORICAL SOCIETY staff or railroad staff.
Convention attendees may be required to show a photo I.D. at certain events. Attendees may also be required to sign liability releases for certain events. By purchasing tickets, attendees acknowledge their consent to signing such releases if required. Participation in such events will be denied to attendees who do not sign required releases and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Smoking is not permitted aboard the buses, on the trains or at any other convention venue, except as may be permitted at designated smoking areas. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought aboard any train, bus or to any convention event. All convention attendees must be able to board and alight from trains, walk moderate distances (including on uneven ground), and maneuver at events without assistance
